FAQ & studio policies

I’ve never practiced yoga – is hot yoga OK for beginners? +
Yes. Hot Yoga is suitable for everyone. Tell us about any injuries and we’ll offer modifications.
I’m not flexible – will I cope? +
Flexibility comes with practice. Over time and with regular sessions, you will become more flexible again.
What should I wear and bring? +
Wear light, fitted clothes. Bring a mat and two towels (mat hire free on your first class, towels $3). Bring water.
How much water should I drink? +
Hydrate with 2–3 L across the day. Avoid drinking too much immediately before class.
Can I freeze my pass? +
Direct debit can be paused with 1 week notice. Monthly unlimited or 10‑class passes can only be extended with a medical certificate.
I have back/knee/blood pressure issues – is it safe? +
Hot yoga can be helpful; please advise your teacher before class so we can tailor modifications, and consult your doctor as needed.
